We build systems, from the device to the cloud.
An engineering company: outsourcing, staff augmentation and technical audits in eight directions, from firmware and AI to the cloud. Everything except mobile apps.
-
On the device and in the office
-
Logic and data
- Integrations and automation ERP, CRM and accounting integrations, APIs and webhooks, data sync, process automation, legacy modernization.
- Data and databases Schema design, PostgreSQL tuning, migrations without downtime, backups and recovery, reporting, ETL.
- AI and machine learning Assistants and agents, search over your data, document processing, forecasting, computer vision.
-
In the cloud
Mobile apps. We do not build them. We build everything behind them: the backend, the API, the admin panel and the infrastructure.
The whole system, one contractor
A working system is more than its parts, and the seams between parts are where it usually breaks. We take on any part of it, or all of it, from the device to the cloud.

Our own products
The best evidence is software that works. We built these two systems ourselves, and we run them.
The real interfaces of Scoperly and Scoperly Studio. The company and the figures on the screens are invented.

Live
Scoperly
A B2B platform for distributors and wholesalers and their customers: shops, restaurants and procurement teams.
- Sales, stock, debts and delivery runs in one system.
- Five portals and an interface in 10 languages.
- A public API with documentation for developers.
-
Released
Scoperly Studio
A desktop business system for distributors: an office server and desktop clients for Windows.
- Works on the office network, even when the internet is down.
- An installer with everything inside, and automatic updates.
- Sync with the Scoperly cloud through the Connect API.
Three ways to work together
Pick by what you need: a result, more hands, or an honest look at what you have.
-
Project (outsourcing)
A defined result: we take the task from understanding to launch and support.
- When it fits
- You need a system or a part of one, and your own team is missing or busy.
- How the price is set
- The scope and the price of each stage are agreed after a short introductory talk.
-
Team (staff augmentation)
Our engineers join your team and work in your process and your tools.
- When it fits
- You have a product and a process, and you lack hands or rare expertise.
- How the price is set
- A monthly rate per engineer.
-
Audit and consulting
A review of code, architecture, security or infrastructure: findings ranked by importance, and what to fix first.
- When it fits
- You need to know where a system stands before deciding what to do with it.
- How the price is set
- A fixed price, agreed in advance.
How a project goes
Five steps, in this order.
-
Understand
We start from the problem you need solved, not from technology: who will use the system, what must never break, what already exists.
-
Design
Architecture, data and interfaces are agreed before the code, with the trade-offs named.
-
Build
In short iterations you can see and try, with tests and code review along the way.
-
Harden
Security review, load and failure checks, monitoring and backups before launch, not after.
-
Support
After launch: updates, monitoring, fixes and the next features.
What we hold ourselves to
Not a slogan: this is how our own products are built, and you can ask about any of it.
-
Automated tests
More than 5,900 automated tests across our two products, from single functions to full journeys in a browser.
-
The schema under version control
Every change to a database is a versioned migration: 283 of them across our two products, applied the same way on every installation.
-
Money is never overwritten
Debts and cash movements are journals: entries are only added, a correction is a new entry, and the database itself refuses anything else.
-
Security as part of the work
Tenant isolation, rate limits, firewall rules, encrypted keys, and audits with the fixes that follow them.
-
Documentation that stays true
A public API reference with a machine-readable contract, and a contract test that keeps it in step with the running API.
-
Updates you can undo
Our office server makes a backup before an update, and a failed update goes back to the previous version.
Engineering notes
How we solved real problems in our own products.
- Scoperly
Stock that adds up
When several people sell the same goods at once, a wrong stock figure is a broken promise to a customer. Here is how the numbers stay right in Scoperly.

Debts as a journal
A debt figure that can be edited can also be wrong without anyone knowing why. So in our products debts and cash are journals, and the database enforces it.

A desktop system that installs itself
An office without an administrator still has to install a server. Here is how Scoperly Studio gets there with one installer and nothing to install first.

Questions
Do you build mobile apps?
No. For a mobile app we build everything behind it: the backend, the API, the admin panel and the infrastructure.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format. For a project, after a short introductory talk we agree the scope and the price of each stage. A team is a monthly rate per engineer. An audit has a fixed price, agreed in advance.
Can you join a project that is already running?
Yes. Usually we start with an audit of the code and the infrastructure, then agree what to fix first and what to build next.
In which languages can we talk?
Armenian, Russian and English.
What happens after I write to you?
We read your message, ask what we need to understand the task, and suggest how to work: as a project, as part of your team, or as an audit.
Tell us about your task
A few lines are enough. We read every message ourselves, ask what we need to understand the task, and suggest how to work.
- We read your message.
- We reply with our questions about the task.
- We suggest a format and the next steps.
